EndothermisTerms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Endothermis. By creating an account you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.
What Endothermis does
Endothermis watches public job boards, finds the people behind roles that fit your goal, drafts messages in your voice, and sends them from your own Gmail with your approval or under the auto-send setting you choose. It tracks replies and stages. It is a tool you direct; it does not guarantee replies, calls or interviews.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for everything sent from your accounts through Endothermis, including messages you approved and messages sent under auto-send.
- You keep control: pause or end a campaign, turn approval on, or disconnect Gmail at any time.
Your content
You own your resume, voice samples, messages and notes. You give us a license to process them only to provide the service to you. We do not use them to train shared models or show them to other users.
Sending limits and account safety
Endothermis enforces daily and weekly sending caps, send windows and suppression rules described on the safety page. These exist to protect your Gmail reputation. We may lower limits or pause sending if we detect bounces, complaints or warnings. You may not try to bypass them.
Third-party services
Gmail and Google Calendar are governed by Google’s terms. Job boards are read through the public endpoints their vendors publish. If you later connect LinkedIn or other services, their terms apply to you and you should read the Acceptable Use Policy about automation risk.
Plans and payment
The free plan is free. Paid plans, when offered, renew monthly until cancelled, and usage above the included allowance is billed at the rates shown at purchase. You can cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the period paid for. Prices can change with 30 days notice.
Acceptable use
You may use Endothermis only for your own job search, or, on a club or school plan, for the members it is licensed to. No recruiting on behalf of others, no selling contact data, no harassment, no deceptive subject lines or false claims in messages. The full list is in the Acceptable Use Policy. We can suspend accounts that break it.
Disclaimers
Endothermis is provided as is. Messages are generated by language models from your materials; review them, especially before auto-send. Contact data may be wrong or out of date; we mark verified, pattern-matched and unverified emails so you can judge. We are not responsible for a recipient’s response, for an employer’s decisions, or for actions a third-party service takes against your account.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Endothermis is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can delete your account in Settings. We can suspend or end accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes get an email and take effect 14 days later. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
